Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing Project Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end execution of marketing projects at Khyal Studio. The ideal candidate will coordinate with creative, content, digital, and technical teams to deliver exceptional campaigns on time and on budget.
This role requires fluency in Arabic (written and spoken), while English is a strong plus for internal communication and client collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing projects from brief to execution across multiple verticals.
- Lead internal team communications and align all stakeholders on project timelines, responsibilities, and goals.
- Serve as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and satisfaction.
- Monitor progress, anticipate risks, and proactively solve problems to ensure smooth project execution.
- Use internal project management tools to track tasks and deliverables.
- Maintain high-quality standards across all marketing materials in Arabic (and English when needed).
- Analyze performance data post-campaign and contribute to reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with our strategy, design, media buying, and development teams to deliver integrated results.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) – Mandatory.
- Proficiency in English – Preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing project management.
- Strong understanding of marketing campaign lifecycles and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms is a plus.
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a bonus.
